Mrs. Luminita Carmen Aldea

Aseel Darwish
ASQ senior member and Events Chair of the Local Members Community team, Abu Dhabi. Carmen is a Certified Professional Engineer, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 (CSA / RABQSA). She also holds a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering. Carmen had served as a team leader for Hamilton-Burlington PEO Social Events Committee and License Awards team for several years. She worked in large private and government organizations in automotive, gas turbine manufacturing, heavy equipment, aerospace, nuclear industry sectors as a Product/Process/Project Engineer and Quality Manager.

Mr. Punnoose Mathew

Muna Said
Punnoose is working as the Quality Director for Louis Berger International. During a career spanning nearly 25 years he has worked in the fields including engineering, project management and quality assurance with large international organizations. He is an ISO 9001 lead auditor and ASQ certified Manager of Quality & Organizational Excellence and Software Quality Engineer. Punnoose has successfully led many ISO certification programs within different organizations and conducted assessment of many large projects and programs.  He has also developed and implemented performance assessment systems to improve process performance and foster continual improvement within organizations.

Mr. Sameer Choughule

Mr. Sameer Choughule is a Senior Member, American Society for Quality (ASQ) and had served on Dubai Local Members Community Leadership team for 2 years. As a Dubai Quality Awards (DQA) Senior Assessor (based on EFQM model), he has successfully completed three assessments for various industries and immensely enjoys interacting and working with different teams every year.
Honored by American Society for Quality (ASQ) as one of the '40 New Voices of Quality' in Nov 2011. Active Toastmaster with Business Excellence Toastmasters Club, Dubai since 2013. Executive Committee member as VP Public Relations 2014 & 2015. He is an innovative and experienced Quality-Health-Safety-Environment (QHSE) Management Systems and business excellence professional with more than 15 years’ extensive experience in India and the Middle East (Kuwait, UAE).

Mr. Sunil Thawani

Sunil Thawani
Fellow, American Society for Quality (ASQ) and Member, ASQ Global Advisory Committee. Sunil has served as Member of the Jury, Dubai Quality Award for several years. He is recipient of 2015 ASQ Lancaster Medal, first person from Middle East to earn this recognition in over 30 years. He has written/ presented 50 papers and published book “Business Excellence Awards – Strategies for Winning”. Sunil has travelled around the world on motorcycle

Mrs. Nancy Nouaimeh

Nancy Nouaimeh
Mrs. Nancy Nouaimeh is Senior Member, American Society for Quality (ASQ), and Country Counselor for UAE since 2016. She had served as member of ASQ Strategic Deployment Committee, Team Leader for Dubai Quality Award assessment team for several years, an assessor for Mohammed bin Rashid Business Excellence Award and Judge for Dubai Quality Group Continual Improvement Subgroup competitions.
Honored by ASQ as one of the 46 Fresh Faces in Quality in November 2016 and had received a Testimonial Leadership Award in 2014. Nancy is a Quality and Safety Professional with over 13 years of experience in TQM, Business Excellence, ISO Standards and CSR. She holds Masters’ degree in Agronomic Sciences/Bio-engineering and TQM.

Mr. Graham (Joe) Clayton

Graham Clayton
He held senior management positions in large private and government operations in the manufacturing, aviation, petroleum, retail, financial and construction sectors for over 30 years. He developed and maintained management systems addressing quality, health and safety, and environmental management and introduced Business Excellence approaches as internal assessment programs as well as leading and coordinating submissions to the Dubai Quality Award - both of which received awards. Joe was an assessor with the inaugural Dubai Quality Award program and served for many years as the program developed. Joe left the UAE in 2014 and now lives in the Far East from where he is developing a small manufacturing enterprise while also consulting on a limited basis.
